  9. This file contains a description of, and the distribution policy for the 
  10. shareware product FILE TOOLS, Version 2.00.
  11.  
  12. FILE TOOLS is a file utility program which runs in the MS-DOS operating 
  13. systerm environment.  FILE TOOLS is small and fast because of having 
  14. been written in Assembly language.  Among the features of FILE TOOLS are:
  15.  
  16. Allows the user to search for a file or files by any of the fillowing
  17. user specified search criterion: Filename/Extension, Size, Date, Time
  18. or Attribute on the disk system which the user specifies.
  19. The user can scroll backward and forward through long lists of filename
  20. matches.
  21. The user can run a program or batch file, copy, rename, delete a file,
  22. and change the time, date or attribute of a file.

  24. System requirements: DOS 2.00 or higher.  Can be run from a hard or floppy 
  25.                      disk.

  27. TO INSTALL: Copy FTA.EXE to disk and subdirectory of choice.
